One Stop Registration Information 2021
KCISD will be hosting online registration for new and returning students at Kirbyville Elementary
For your convenience and to speed up the process, all forms for returning students will be online this year. You must have Skyward Family Access to complete online registration forms. Skyward Family Access will open up on Monday, July 26, 2021 for families to be able to access the 21-22 online registration forms. Mrs. Amy Fountain Scott will be available at the Kirbyville Elementary Library during the week of July 26-29 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm to provide a computer lab for families to complete online forms if computer/internet access isn’t available to you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get your Family Access login information or with any questions. New Students will complete their registration process online after starting the process in person on July 30 or August 2. There will be no paper forms or packets to be picked up prior to registration this year.
Choose one of the following dates and times to complete the new school year registration process in person after completing online forms:
Friday, July 30 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (All Students – New and Returning)
Monday, August 2 from 11:30 am to 6:30 pm (All Students – New and Returning)
In order for new students to register the following is needed:
- Parent ID
- Student Social Security Card
- Student Birth Certificate
- Student Shot Record
- Proof of Residency (2 of the 3 following needed: Utility bill, land tax statement, lease agreement/home title/deed)
Students entering Pre-Kindergarten will also need to bring the following information:
- Proof of parent(s) (gross) income—July’s paycheck stub(s): 4 pay stubs if paid weekly, 2 pay stubs if paid twice a month or every two weeks, 1 pay stub if paid once a month; and/or
- Families receiving Food Stamps must bring a current Notice of Eligibility.
- Updated Shot Record only if applicable
Chromebook Insurance may be purchased at the Technology Table. See the news article about the Chromebook Optional Insurance Program for more information.
Jr High and High School students will be required to attend registration this year to review and finalize schedules and take their ID pictures. Students must be in dress code due to ID pictures being made at time of registration. Registration process cannot be completed if student is not in compliance with dress code.
All Elementary ID pictures were taken at the end of the previous school year. We highly discourage elementary students from attending registration this year.
Students must have all required immunizations before the first day of school. Students will not be allowed to attend school until ALL immunization requirements are met. An immunization clinic will be provided on site during our One Stop Registration on July 30 and August 2.
Details will be released at a later date on the Sports Pass for the 2021-2022 School Year.
